Since 1991, comedian Larry Weaver has delighted audiences across America with a mix of down-home tales and clean, original comedy. Larry's Southern charm and humor come honestly. He grew up in the tiny mill village of Saxapahaw, NC (look closely, it’s on the map), and started performing at a young age. After majoring in accounting at the University of North Carolina, Larry left his CPA dreams behind to tour across America with improv comedy group Selected Hilarity. In 1998 his solo career took off when legendary radio DJ Dr. Demento began playing his debut recording, Pack Full of Comedy. Larry's hilarious routine about old people listening to rap music captured the attention of concert promoters who booked him on tour with Grammy Award winner "Weird Al" Yankovic. Larry has since gone on to share the stage with Faith Hill, Ray Romano ("Everybody Loves Raymond"), and Chris Rock - just to name a few. Larry's third comedy CD has enjoyed heavy airplay on Sirius XM Blue Collar Radio. The album contains "Ghost in the Trailer," a hilarious tale about a family terrorized by a redneck ghost. Larry is the World's foremost expert on paranormal activities in mobile homes, and is a frequent guest on radio morning shows explaining his very important work. Through the years, Larry has also gained notoriety in the press for his work in the burgeoning field of Internet Marketing. Publications such as the Wall Street Journal and Inc. Magazine quoted his insights into web design and search engine optimization. He currently teaches classes around the country on these subjects, claiming many Fortune 500 companies as his clients. And, oh yeah, he also worked as a professional wrestling manager. Larry's one-of-a-kind collection of life experiences have molded his fresh, offbeat, and funny perspective.
